A practice built around the work, not the headcount.
TSC Consulting was founded on the conviction that infrastructure architecture is a senior discipline that does not scale by adding juniors. Everything about how we are structured follows from that.
Senior-only delivery.
Every engagement is led and delivered by architects with fifteen or more years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments. We do not stage juniors on client estates and we do not subcontract the architectural work.
The trade-off is deliberate: we run fewer engagements than a conventional consultancy of comparable revenue, and we are direct about which engagements we are not the right fit for. Both serve the same goal — making sure the work we do, we do well.
Hong Kong headquarters. European delivery footprint.
The practice is incorporated in Hong Kong and the majority of our engagements are delivered to organizations across the European Union. Our architects work in European time zones and meet clients on the ground.
Our compliance posture reflects how our clients operate: GDPR by default, NIS2 awareness across regulated sectors, and contractual terms aligned with EU norms.
How we operate.
TSC Consulting is incorporated in Hong Kong as VARIO MARTI LIMITED (company registration 78082898). Our headquarters reflects how we are structured commercially; our delivery happens where our clients are. The majority of our engagements are with organizations across the European Union, supported by architects working in European time zones.
We are deliberately set up to work with European clients on European terms. Engagements are scoped under European data protection norms, including GDPR. Client data and engagement documentation are processed within EU/EEA infrastructure unless a client explicitly directs otherwise. Contracts can be governed by the law of the client's choice, including Belgian, Dutch, or other EU jurisdictions, and we routinely enter into Data Processing Agreements aligned with Article 28 GDPR.
For public sector clients, we work under existing procurement vehicles where available, and have experience operating as a subcontractor under EU-established prime contractors when framework rules require it.
