TSC Consulting works with clients across a range of commercial structures. The models below cover most engagements, but we routinely shape custom arrangements around procurement frameworks, internal budgeting cycles, and multi-year transformation roadmaps. Nothing here is rigid.

Tier 01

Advisory Retainer

For organizations that need an architect on call for design reviews, RFC validation, and strategic input.

  • Written HLDs, LLDs, and transition plans

Tier 03

Architecture-as-a-Practice

For enterprises and public bodies that need a permanent architecture function without building one internally.
